  1. Rental Terms & Conditions

    • All vehicle rentals are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which the renter must agree to before booking.

    • The driver must present a valid driver’s license, passport/ID, and a valid credit card at pickup.

    • Minimum age requirements apply (typically 21+, may vary by vehicle category).

  2. Insurance & Liability

    • Basic insurance is included, but excess/deductible fees may apply in case of damage or theft.

    • Additional full coverage insurance (reducing or eliminating excess) is available for purchase.

    • Keylypso is not liable for:

      • Traffic fines, tolls, or parking violations incurred during the rental.

      • Personal belongings left in the vehicle.

      • Accidents caused by reckless driving, off-road use, or violation of rental terms.

  3. Fuel Policy

    • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Cancellations & Modifications

    • Free cancellations may be permitted if made within 24 hours of booking.

    • Late returns are subject to additional charges (details in Terms & Conditions).

  5. Vehicle Availability & Suitability

    • While we strive to provide the exact model booked, equivalent alternatives may be substituted due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Renters are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is suitable for their needs (e.g., passenger capacity, terrain).

  6. Force Majeure

    • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

  7. Jurisdiction

    • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Spain and resolved in the courts of Málaga.
